What if my materials were damaged during shipping?

All claims regarding damage or wrong orders must be made in writing to the carrier and design in a bag. All materials must be examined by the Buyer immediately upon delivery and all complaints as to color, size, shape, design, texture, or quality must be made to design in a bag within 2 business days following the receipt of your purchase or Buyer waives any right to such claim. Damage, whether obvious or hidden, must be reported to the transportation company and design in a bag within 2 days of receipt of shipment to avoid forfeiting claims for damage.
