A single sample cannot be used as an accurate indication of overall tonality, color, and texture. In addition to color and size variations, some materials may have imperfections such as chips, pop-outs, cracks or blemishes. These qualities are especially characteristic of hand-molded or hand-glazed tile and hard-carved natural stone. Many of the materials included in your design in bag purchase are handmade, including but not limited to, concrete, terra cotta, glass tile, ceramic tile and stone tile. For all these materials, variations in color, tone, shade, surface texture, grain, pattern, and size should be expected. Folds, wrinkles and bubbles are inherent in glass tile products. Variation in size, shade, and color is inherent in all fired clay tiles and natural stone products. Therefore, prior to installation, it is important to view the range present in your material in order. The cabinet material included in your design in a bag will represent a range of color and character of the specific wood species, cut and finish treatment. Since no two trees are identical, woods can be expected to differ in color and graining. These natural grain and tone differences are a natural and acceptable condition of quality wood finishes and serve to enhance the appearance and individuality of wood cabinetry products. Custom, hand-painted finishes, glazes, and stains are also subject to natural variations. Purchased Materials do not always exactly match models or samples and are not considered defective because they do not exactly match Customer’s expectations.
design in a bag makes no warranty or representation of the Purchased Materials beyond that it has received from the manufacturer. design in a bag SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASED MATERIALS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Shipments:
All shipments by commercial carrier shall be boxed by design in a bag under approved methods. Title shall pass upon delivery to carrier at the point of shipment, unless otherwise expressly provided. All claims regarding damage or wrong orders must be made in writing to the carrier and design in a bag. All materials must be examined by the Buyer immediately upon delivery and all complaints as to color, size, shape, design, texture, or quality must be made to design in a bag within 2 business days following the receipt of your purchase or Buyer waives any right to such claim. Damage, whether obvious or hidden, must be reported to the transportation company and design in a bag within 2 days of receipt of shipment to avoid forfeiting claims for damage.
Exchanges:
Design in a bag strives to provide our customers with the highest quality design and products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your bag purchase for another bag or a store credit. Due to the custom nature of our product, no returns will be accepted for any Purchased Materials. Exchanges must be made within 2 days of the receipt of purchase. Simply call or email Customer Service within 2 days of receipt of purchase and we will issue you a Return Authorization request (RGA) and shipping instructions. Repack all materials in carefully in the original packing materials. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items damaged in transit when being returned to us, so we suggest purchasing additional insurance and shipping items in a manner that can be tracked if lost during shipping.
